How do 1:1 custom coaching packages work?
Clients receive individualized coaching plans via TrainingPeaks, including structured workouts, nutrition advice, accountability, and regular progress reviews. Plans are tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience level.
What are group running sessions?
BYTX Coaching offers twice-weekly group runs open to all levels. Tuesdays focus on VO₂ max, and Thursdays on anaerobic threshold performance. Sign-up is via our form, and sessions are led by experienced coaches.
How can I book a free consultation?
Schedule a free Zoom consultation via Calendly to discuss your goals and training needs. Our coaches will help you determine the best approach for your 1:1 coaching or group sessions.
Do you provide nutrition and weight management guidance?
Yes! All BYTX coaching plans include advice on nutrition, weight management, and aesthetic goals, integrated with your strength and endurance training.
Is BYTX Coaching AI-based?
No. All plans are designed and monitored by real coaches with years of experience. We use technology like TrainingPeaks for tracking, but all coaching is human-led.
Where is BYTX Coaching located?
Our studio is in Zurich at Beethovenstrasse 20. We also provide online coaching and group sessions for clients who can’t attend in person.
